Over the last 10 years, I’ve learned that the best "aha!" moments happen when students get to build their own bridges to understanding. That is the heart of Constructivism—learning through experience and inquiry.
I also know that no two minds work exactly the same way. By embracing Universal Design for Learning, I create flexible, inclusive lessons that adapt to my students—not the other way around. Because when we remove the barriers, everyone gets to learn.
We all need to arrive at the same learning goal, but how we get there? That is where the magic happens. Differentiation means offering different routes—whether a student needs a scenic path, a faster highway, or a guide by their side. My job isn't just to point to the destination; it's to help every traveler find the path where they can thrive.
