Teaching as a Lifelong Journey of Discovery

I did not choose teaching solely to impart knowledge; I chose it because it demands that I never stop seeking it. As a lifelong learner, I believe the classroom is a reciprocal space where the teacher is often the student. Every lesson plan I design and every question a student asks forces me to re-evaluate my understanding and refine my methods. For me, professional development is not a checklist—it is the essential fuel that keeps my practice dynamic, relevant, and responsive to the changing needs of my students.
