Who says physics has to be dry? For my Science and Math course, I worked with a group to adapt the "Pom Pom Popper" activity from Let’s Talk Science. We used it to explore the concepts of Force, Trajectory, and Energy.
The biggest takeaway wasn't just the science—it was the engagement. Even as adult learners, we were completely absorbed in testing and refining our designs. It reinforced my belief that when learning is hands-on, students of any age naturally lean into the challenge.
